The company reports on first step in preparation for expansion of customer service operations
Battle Creek, MI – Hansons Battle Creek roofing, the company that does roofing for homeowners needing a new roof, reports today that they will soon be naming an individual to head up customer care in the Battle Creek area. "This new position will manage the development and operations of our new efforts to expand our customer service operations into various regions," said a company representative.
"This position will be a single point of contact to manage the operations of the various customer service centers that the company plans to place around the country (including at our Battle Creek roofing operation). The customer care center director will also assist our business development team in locating and establishing the new centers, and he or she will also be responsible for the daily management of several customer care centers as they open."
"As we look to hire the new person for this job, we plan to hire from the inside, and we will look to other professionals only after we have exhausted all of the possibilities from the current pool of talented people. Most of our staff has worked in the Roofing business for some time, and are aware of the details of day-to-day operations; so we feel comfortable that we will find a qualified individual on staff." The Battle Creek roofing company did not release names of any candidate for the position, and did not specify the salary structure for the job, but inquiries should go to the company's HR department.
